I am not familiar with twins and since there are no installation instructions have several questions. On the crankcase backplate there is a nipple. What is it for and what do I need to do with it. Since this is a twin and it will be cowl enclosed I guess I will have to run 2 remote glow starters to them.

When I terminate them on the fusalage can I merry them together and use one glow driver or do I have to run each one seperately use 2 glow drivers to start the engine? Also can you recommend a suitable remote starter. Fueling - do I run 1 line from the fuel tank, T it off and then run the 2 lines to the carb intakes? Pressure - do I just run 1 line to one of the mufflers? Would you use a 14 oz fuel tank with this engine? Any other tips would be very much appreciated. I own several 90 size four stroke engines but this is a bit out of my league.

To maintain a positive crankcase pressure, and eliminate harmful blowby gases, and to ensure complete and smooth lubrication throughout the engine and protect from inside rust, a vane type air pump is employed.

I use a single clunk in the tank and a T to the two fuel inlets and have never had a problem. A 12 ounce tank is sufficient for a ten minute flight with plenty left for several go-arounds. I used the exhaust pressure to the tank for a while and then found it to be unneccesary and no longer use it.

Rene, Yes, I simply run the vent tube located in the very top of the tank to a piece of fuel tubing and out the bottom of the Fuse. I use a third line to fuel because the engine is cowled. Now I simply start the engine with a couple of Ni CD cells in series with one lead to each plug, disconnect and fly. I haven't lost a cylinder in flight in several years now.

A tip was passed on to me by a master model builder on the FA 90 T. It was don't follow the set up instructions for the FA 90 T. The specs say max rpm is 10K. When in fact,if you can get rpm or more consider yourself lucky.

I did follow the specs on break in and ran it in the spec'd rpm range lean on the breakin. The engine has been running fine at rpm spinning a wood prop.
